Frits Ahlefeldt

Writing and painting

I started out walking in the late 1980s, and has since been on meandering trails, hiking, drawing and taking both an education as architect and also a master in communication along the way.

I’ve been selling my watercolors on the streets, in exhibitions and putting out my papers in underground stations, in squares, and in small villages. Walking and sketching stories, people and landscapes. I’m also painting wildlife, understandings, places, trails, reportage, cityscapes, conferences, projects, architecture, streetlife and biodiversity as what I call drawn journalism now.

June 2020, and I am now doing my own stories full-time and selling my original watercolor paintings to continue my walk
