Hiking towards the lighthouse

I used to love hiking towards this lighthouse, but they sold it, now it so reminds me of all that is wrong with the world today. Now rich people sunbathe in what should be a public space

For the common good lighthouses were built along the coast, to guide the fishermen back to safe harbor and help the ships navigate around dangerous rocks.

But the state sold the houses to the rich, that privatized them and put up private signs, to show the new way things work now…

The lights still turns, but nobody is guided by them anymore
