The secret tunnel

From sea the 3-5 m. high defence wall looks massive and impressive… but what you can’t see is the tiny rift valley leading into a secret tunnel that makes it possible for the defenders to attack from a different angle

For years I didn’t know it was there. The tunnel in the wall is not easy to spot, this man-wide passage that leads you out through the several meter thick wall, to the outside on the 1.7 billion years old rocks facing the sea

There is a small path there winding around bushes and small wind swept trees heading towards the sea and to some not well-known bathing places between the rocks
