Watercolor study of the Eurasian Spoonbill, a mostly silent wading bird of the ibis and spoonbill family
The spoonbill eats in flocks to up to around 100 birds. Wading through low water looking for insects, worms, frogs, small fishes and other small animals in the wetlands it is adapted to.
The Eurasian spoonbill can be found from England to North Africa and across Asia to Japan
