Elephants are some of the most efficient and legendary trail blazers and many species rely on their combination of memory, strength, patterns of movement and advanced techniques to keep both trails and nature in their habitats available to both themselves and other species

Elephants can remember trails they walked more than twenty years ago, and they can smell and sense changes and better places from far away, creating pathways through dry deserts or blazing through heavy forests, they can even climb steep hills or swim across lakes and rivers. Finding the best ways across many different kinds of challenges.
