Didn’t really try to walk today, but the habit of walking everywhere adds around 10.000-15.000 steps to my day. I spent much of the day better understanding and drawing thoughts from the philosophy of Nietzsche – a German philosopher for whom walking was what he did, thinking up wild thoughts on long hikes
